My name is Seantel “Nyx Azelea” Johnson, I’m from Lynchburg, Virginia. I’m 20 years old.
What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream is to be a world known Supermodel, and eventually a fashion designer.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
What it means to me to be your own kind of beautiful is to accept what makes you different from the rest of the world and embrace it to your fullest capabilities.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
I’ve been modeling since I was 16 years old and stopped for a few years. I’ve recently taken it back on full force because I truly missed doing it. My experience in modeling is I work with fashion line, Vireo Suits, for her I do a lot of print and runway work.
What is your dream brand to model for?
The dream brand that I would love to model for is one of many but my top brand is Thierry Mugler.
How would you describe your fashion style?
My style is very original, eccentric, one of a kind. I draw to many different types of style of clothing and I make it my own.
How important is self-awareness and confidence to you in your everyday life?
Self-Awareness and confidence means a lot to me, especially with my second job as a hairstylist and a makeup artist, because your confidence speaks to the client as you know what you are doing and you know that you will get the job done properly.
What makes you beautiful?
What makes me beautiful is that I embrace my physical flaws and I make them my strength.
What would you say to another girl your age who is struggling with their confidence?
I would tell them, embrace what makes you beautiful, take that an run with it because at the end of the day, you’re the only person who is looking back at you in the mirror, and you can’t escape you, you have to love you and accept you.
No matter what, you know that you’re beautiful and you have your own back, take your flaws and make them your strength, I’ve personally struggled with this and I have finally accepted myself and if I can do it you can do it too.
