Tell us about yourself
I am from Tifton, Georgia, which is a small town in South Georgia. I am 24 years old. I love traveling and being outside. I enjoy spending my time on the beach or on the water somewhere! I work out 5-7 days a week as it is a way for me to relieve stress. I was a gymnast and competitive cheerleader for 18 years. Working with children who have disabilities is one of my passions. I have a master’s degree from the University of Florida, and I love encouraging women to embrace the beauty that God has given them!
Tell us about your modeling experience.
I do not have much modeling experience, but I have modeled for clothing boutiques and was previously represented by a modeling agency in New York City. I have had my photos taken by a couple of top photographers in New York City such as Michael Creagh and Michael Keel. I do work with brands to promote their products on Instagram and hope to continue to grow in the social media platform!
What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream is to become an inspiration to women all over the world. I have always been told I am too short to be a model, but I want to be able to show women that it doesn’t matter whether your short, tall, big, small, skinny, or overweight that you can make it in the modeling industry. Women are beautiful and all different sizes and shapes should be represented within the modeling world.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
To be you. To be yourself no matter what others think about you. Don’t let social media change who you are because you are trying to be something that you are not. Embrace the beauty that God has given you.
How would you describe your fashion style?
My fashion style is definitely sexy and casual. I love to show off the body that I have worked so hard on and embracing it. I also love to just be comfortable!
Who or what inspires you?
Other models who are representing in the modeling industry that all sizes and shapes matter.
What have been your greatest accomplishments?
Signing with Hannah Noelle Modeling Agency
Graduating from the University of Florida with a master’s degree.
Do you have any special talents?
I am not sure if this is considered a special talent but I did gymnastics and competitive cheerleading the last 18 years so I can tumble and dance.
What makes you beautiful/handsome?
Personality and what is on the inside makes someone beautiful/handsome. This quote says it best:
“Beauty isn’t about having a pretty face. It’s about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart, and a pretty soul.”
What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?
I would say that I struggle too sometimes with my confidence. I believe everyone does once in a while, but I would also say that you are beautiful no matter what anyone says. God made you in his image and no one else’s opinion matters. Embrace your inner and outer beauty because that is the key to being successful and being confident. Once you start living for God and not for other people, your whole perspective changes and you start not caring what anyone thinks about you. STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF!
