Tell us about yourself.
I’m from Queens, NY and recently moved to Tampa from Stamford, CT. I love going to the beach, hanging out with friends and my dog. I also play a little too much World of Warcraft and streamed on Twitch for a bit.
What is your biggest dream?
I’d love to be mentioned among the ranks of Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, or Cindy Crawford. I want to be the next Kendall or Gigi. I want to find success in what I’m doing.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
Being your own kind of beautiful means owning yourself. To me, it means having confidence wearing your skin and being happy. Nothing is as beautiful as a genuine smile. People recognize a beautiful soul.
How would you describe your fashion style?
I’d describe my fashion style as clean and simple. I love neutral shades with a pop of color (usually red.)
Who inspires you?
I’m inspired by people who push themselves to their best potential, drive for positive change, and aren’t afraid to admit to his/her mistakes. I love Lori Greiner, Emma Watson and Jameela Jamil.
What advice would you give to someone who is just starting out?
I’d tell people starting off in modeling that you’ll hear a lot of no’s to start getting the yes’s. Keep trying over and over again.
Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.
I was abused physically, mentally and sexually growing up. I’m still dealing with some issues but I’m happy I’m no longer in that environment. I know I’ve come out a lot stronger. I feel like I’m a lot more empathetic towards people and still hope to see the best in someone.
What would you say to someone your age struggling with confidence: I’d say to first take a deep breath. Analyze why you’re unhappy and work on it. Keep a journal of things you’re grateful for. Find the beauty in what you have. It comes from within. No one will be able to give it to you.
