Tell us about yourself (where are you from, age, whatever you want to add)

Since I was a little kid, I’ve always been an artist. That eventually led me to sell my handmade crafts and even open a small storefront at the age of 20. I am a lover of the arts, always drawing or thinking of the next project to work on.
I was born in Chicago, now reside in a small town in Wisconsin. I’m 25.

Tell us about your modeling experience.
Grew up watching America’s Next Top Model, even applying when I turned 18, but didn’t seriously start my career until 2021 when I walked in my first fashion shows during the Spring and Fall Fashion Week MN. Since then, I have been in two more runway shows including a Fashion Week event in LA. I am interested in all different areas of modeling, including commercial, hand and feet, runway, and print.

What is your biggest dream?
To be able to work full time as a model and artist. I eat, sleep and breathe art, and to do it all day every day is the ultimate dream.

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
I have never been one to “conform” to societal beauty standards, so how a person acts, and the way they carry themselves in the world is far more beautiful than any physical aspect.

How would you describe your fashion style?
Whatever I feel most comfortable wearing! My fashion style tends to be stripes and polka dots, bright colors and layers! If I could wear an outfit that had every color of the rainbow in it, I absolutely will. I love a good legging and oversized t-shirt combination.

Who or what inspires you?
My family, and more specifically my older brother. He is a constant source of joy and exuberance and I strive to be like him and see the positive in every situation.

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?
Be yourself. Know that success doesn’t happen overnight. Prepare yourself for rejection, and realize that the industry is huge and ever-changing and if you really want it, there will be a spot for you.

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.
Growing up in spaces where the vast majority of people didn’t look like me brought with it feelings of isolation and fear, but learning to navigate those feelings and use my differences to educate those I love is something I’m proud to be able to do.

What makes you beautiful/handsome?
I think my ability to make people smile is one of the most beautiful things about myself.

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?
Step away from social media. Comparing yourself to others is a formidable enemy, and social media can do a number on mental health. I’ve come to realize that taking selfies helps me. I don’t post them, they’re just for me but I do fun make-up or put on my favorite clothes and it helps.
