Tell us about yourself (where are you from, age, whatever you want to add)

I’m in my second year of modeling and I’m also a college student who works a full-time job in the health industry. Modeling is my priority since it’s my passion to be a part of the arts and showcase my talents along with others from photographers to designers.

Tell us about your modeling experience.

I started modeling at the peak of COVID which made it hard for a new model that doesn’t use social media and has a small following. Through my time as a model, I’ve gained studio and location experience, I also did hand modeling and runway.

What is your biggest dream?

To not only be a successful booked model but also to open my own beauty bar. At the beauty bar, I’d like to offer a free monthly makeover to those who can’t afford to pamper themselves.

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

To continue learning yourself and forming yourself into the best version of yourself. Understanding and living in your truth and not letting anybody change who you are at the core is beauty.

How would you describe your fashion style?

I would describe my style as authentically me. I dressed based on my mood and the energy I want to give for that day.

Who or what inspires you?

My biggest inspiration is me. I genuinely feel I’m destined for pure greatness and not just in modeling but in life. My mom motivates me just the same as she knew I wanted to be a model since I could walk and talk. My mom got me started in modeling and I want her to become more proud with each achievement.

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

Always do thorough research on any company, person, or project you’re considering working with. One major thing, which most people don’t mention, is that becoming a model is an investment in yourself. Yes, things can get pricey but remember it’s to better yourself in the field you are passionate about.  I recommend having savings just for modeling adventures and last-minute expenses you may need to be covered.

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.

When I first started modeling I was scammed out of almost 3,000. This taught me to move with high caution and diligence before working with people. Do the research and not just on Instagram!

What makes you beautiful/handsome?

My heart and personality since I’m kind, considerate, understanding, and a very respectful person. I take pride in being myself and not being fake to fit in.

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?

Remember we were not created to be like other people so use your differences and things you consider flaws and make them your strength, embrace them. If you want to feel confident do stuff that makes you feel confident and always remind yourself you’re top tier no matter how you may feel! We create our own reality.
