Tell us about yourself:

My name is Madeleine and I live in Massachusetts. I am an editorial, and runway model.

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is to work for Victoria’s Secret and be a SI swim model.

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

Being your own kind of beautiful to me means always being your authentic self and embracing the differences between yourself and others and realizing that’s what makes you beautiful!

How would you describe your fashion style?

I would describe my fashion style as always changing, I love to dress casual on some days but have a more high fashion look that I love too!

Who or what inspires you?

Naomi Campbell is definitely somebody who inspires me, she is an amazing model, but on top of that she is an entrepreneur and actor, she inspires me to chase every dream I have!

What advice would you give to someone who is just getting started in modeling?

My advice to somebody just getting started with modeling is to work as hard as you can, but still enjoy the process. The modeling world can be so competitive but if you walk into every casting and do your best work and be yourself and never give up, you can achieve things you never thought you would!

What are some obstacles you have had to overcome and how have they changed you?

Through high school I went through a lot of bullying and felt very alone, modeling has always been my dream and so I decided to focus on that. I went to school did my work, and when I left I was always going to shoots or casting calls. Doing modeling and being confident and happy in my life made me so much more confident and gave me something to focus on, it honestly made me better at what I do because it’s all I did during my free time.

What makes you beautiful?

I would say what makes me beautiful is my personality, I try to be as personable as I can be and help others who need it, despite the things i’ve been through in life wether it was with family or peers I still have a big heart and love unconditionally.

What would you say to someone struggling with their confidende?

I would say to somebody struggling with their confidence to simply keep being themselves unconditionally, fake it until you make it. Sometimes the best way to gain self confidence is to “fake it” and after a while it will become natural, do what makes you feel happy and fulfilled, once you focus on yourself and take care of your mind you will never go back.
