Tell us about yourself

A: I am Victoria F. , a 23-year-old aspiring model. I am from Philadelphia, but I was raised in Poland. Currently, I am pursuing my Masters of Real Estate Analysis & Development at Penn State University! I am eager to pursue both my passions in commercial real estate along with modeling!

Tell us about your modeling experience.

A: I modeled when I was a pre-teen, but was unable to continue that career while in school. Now, as I finish up my MBA, I am eager to dive fully into the modeling industry!

What is your biggest dream?

A: My biggest dream is to one day become financially free and happy. I was raised by two immigrant parents as well as entrepreneurs. I have seen how hard they worked to fund my education, and I want to be able to pursue my professional success and achieve everything my parents hoped I would achieve!

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

A: To me, being my own kind of beautiful encompasses both self-acceptance and the appreciation of beauty and diversity found in others. It means recognizing and embracing your unique qualities, flaws, strengths, understanding that your individuality is what makes you special.

How would you describe your fashion style?

A: I would describe my fashion style as sophisticated and minimalist. I love incorporating a blazer any chance I get to get a polished and put-together look. I choose monochromatic and simple styles to emphasize a clean and timeless aesthetic.

Who or what inspires you?

A: Being raised by two immigrant parents from Poland is my main source of inspiration. Both of my parents moved from another country, learned the language, and became entrepreneurs and lived the “American Dream.” They overcame so many challenges and uncertainties and that is who and what inspires me to be able to overcome my daily challenges and pursue my career and success further!

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

A: My advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling network within the industry. Always be kind because you never know who you could meet or be talking to. Get out of your comfort zone and attend events, fashion shows, and industry-related events to network with professionals in the modeling industry. Keep in touch with people because ultimately the models and individuals you connect with will build you a supportive network which will be a major benefit in the modeling world!

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.

A: The biggest and most difficult obstacle in my life has been when my father passed away three years ago. I unexpectedly took over the family business along with grieving the loss of my best friend. I encountered several difficult situations as a young woman running an auto body mechanic shop in the Philadelphia area. But, this shaped me into the woman I am today. I successfully assumed full management responsibilities while ensuring uninterrupted operations and client satisfaction. It has shaped me into the business driven as well as career driven woman I am today.

What makes you beautiful/handsome?

A: What makes me truly beautiful is the strength and perseverance that define me. My unwavering resilience to face challenges head-on without giving up show a beauty beyond physical appearance. I draw my inspiration from my family and it motivates me to strive for success and surpass my limits!

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?

A. To another person who is navigating the journey of self-confidence at my age, I would say to embrace the fact that no one else can define your worth or build your confidence for you. It’s an internal journey that requires a lot of work that is constant and always in need of improvement. Dig deep into who you truly are, acknowledging both strengths and weaknesses, and realize that your individuality is your greatest asset. The more you embrace and celebrate your uniqueness, the more confident you’ll be throughout life and your career.
