I think many things contribute to beauty, but the biggest is the contents of your heart. Being compassionate towards others is just as important as being respectful. Beauty can be superficial, and everyone's definition of beauty is different, but I think the kindest people are the most beautiful. Being pretty doesn't make you beautiful, it's more your values and personality that show beauty.
