Tell us about yourself:

Hello, my name is Avianna and I am 22 years old. I am originally from Indiana, but moved to Maine when I was young! Love living on the East Coast. I am a fitness specialist, as well as a full-time nanny for wonderful kiddos. I absolutely love being outdoors, and meeting new people as well.

Tell us about your modeling experience:

I have been a model now since I was eighteen years old when I fell in love with the art. I travel throughout America to model for Harley Davidson now, and I travel often for pageants, as I am Miss Maine Young American Women of Service. I have done fitness shoots, fashion shoots, walked in New York Cities Fashion week, and have been an online clothing model for The Pink Dollhouse for over two years!

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream would be to see how far I can truly make it as an independent woman! I want to always be true to myself, and I’ll see where that takes me!

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

Being your own kind of beautiful is being happy within yourself. Everyone has a different perspective on beauty, but it’s very important to always be comfortable with yourself, and having a  a beautiful soul within

How would you describe your fashion style? I absolutely love anything swim wear, as well as boho, vintage, and sporty! Trying new styles is terrific to me!

Who or what inspires you?

I am an advocate for fitness, health, and fun fashion! Who I get my inspiration from would be Whitney Simmons, a fitness model and creator. She is true to herself, and pushes through any battles she may come up to!

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

Starting to get into modeling can be very overwhelming, especially if you have no guidance. My advice would be to learn as much information as you possibly can, and start with your basic portfolio needs. Social media is much bigger than it used to be, so reach out to others. We have to work together in life! We’ve all been at the bottom, so teach others.

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you:

I have not had an easy childhood due to my mothers decisions she chose to make, so I had to learn to grow up very quickly, and how to care for myself. The statement “started from the bottom” is very accurate to me, and I want to show others you can truly achieve anything you want, just push yourself. We are all individuals at the end of the day, try and be the best you can be.

What makes you beautiful/handsome?

What truly makes you “beautiful” or “handsome” is what’s on the inside. A beautiful soul is the best you can have. Beauty is within.

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?

I would give them advice on what they can do to help build that confidence, and I would also try and help them anyways I truly can. We all struggle sometimes, and we sometimes just need a little push. Listening to others can help so much!
