I grew up in a small town in Minnesota, Growing up I loved to be outside and swim along with snowboarding. I have been a dancer for 9 years. I got into modeling when I was around 8, I remember watching the Victoria Secret fashion show for the first time and how I admired the models confidence.
Tell us about your modeling experience:
Modeling in my area, I have done back to school fashion shows for a Herbergers in my area along with Photography there Aswell.
What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream in life is to become a well known and very successful model
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
For me being your own beautiful is being yourself. Being able to laugh and learn from your mistakes along with being able to not take life so seriously. Knowing your worth and putting kindness out into the world
How would you describe your fashion style?
I would describe my fashion to be laidback and trendy, in the day to day life, I love a good comfy and cute look. But when I get ready to take some cute pictures with friends I like to look trendy and edgy.
Who or what inspires you?
My biggest inspiration is my father, he is a hardworking man who has always supported me from day one. He has invested the most into my modeling and I hope to make him proud. In the fashion world, Adriana Lima. She is a hardworking, beautiful woman who is more than just beauty, but brains Aswell. She is a very smart and hardworking individual in the fashion world that I look up to dearly.
What advice would you give someone who is just getting started with modeling?
For advice for anyone who is starting modeling is to be yourself and don’t take yourself so seriously, If you can be yourself, that’s half the work right there! Casting directors want someone who stands out and someone who can be hardworking and easy to work with. If you can have that’s most important, i agree that there is a time and a place but being able to enjoy yourself and wonderful experiences is worth while.
Describe some obstacles you have overcome and how they have changed you:
An obstacle for me would be losing my Grandfather, he was a very big part of my childhood. He always thought me how to have a good laugh and that family matters the most. Him passing away taught me that we aren’t on this earth forever so make the most of it while you can cause life goes fast.
What makes you beautiful?
What makes me beautiful is my mind. I believe that’s what makes anyone beautiful. What you think and what you love is what makes up who you are, not the clothes or makeup you put on.
What advice would you give someone who is struggling with self confidence?
Advice for someone struggling with confidence would be to own it/ fake it till you make it. If you can go out there and be an alter ego then go for it! Modeling is hard but it’s an industry thats suppose to be fun and bold so be bold while you can and don’t care what anyone else thinks.
