Tell us about yourself:

My name is Emma and I am a Dallas, Texas based model. I’m married to my best friend and we

have 3 fur babies! I love baking and cooking gluten free dishes, running, and spending time with

those I love. I have modeled since 2019 and my passion for the industry grows each year! I have

both freelanced and worked with agencies. I have experience with photoshoots, video shoots,

fashion markets, and hosting events like Formula 1.

What is your biggest dream?

When it comes to dreams, I am a multi-passionate person! Some of my big God sized dreams

are to own a women’s clothing boutique, step into acting, speak and teach about Jesus, and

model for large clothing companies! I also dream of becoming a mom one day and raising a

family!

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

What would you say to someone struggling with their confidence?

I’m a born-again believer and this answer will reflect that. I believe all beauty and confidence

comes from God. We were made in his image and the Bible says we are fearfully and

wonderfully made! Beauty goes deeper than the physical appearance, it’s who someone is on

the inside. I believe confidence comes from the Word of God and through a true relationship

with Him. Apart from Him and without love, we can do/be nothing. But what’s beautiful about

the Lord is that He loves you perfectly right where you are and as you walk with Him, you will

see your life transform for the better.

How would you describe your fashion style?

This is hard because it depends on the day or the occasion. I love following the trends, but I still

enjoy wearing what makes me feel beautiful, regardless if it’s trendy. Generally, I love jeans and

a cute button up or tee and a trucker hat! I love sneakers and cowboy boots. I also love girly

spring dresses! One of my main goals with style is to look cute and presentable while maintain

comfort.

Who inspires you?

My pastors inspire me because they are a picture of a fruit filled life. I love how they love each

other in their marriage and how they have allowed God to work in every area of their life. I

want to be like them when I grow up! Also, my mentor has inspired me to embrace my

femininity and stepping into all that God has called me to be. She lives her life so gracefully and

full of confidence and that’s something I want more of! In the acting world, Mark Wahlberg and

Chris Pratt inspire me because they have stayed true to who they are and their beliefs even

amid the craziness of Hollywood.

What is your advice to someone just getting started in modeling?

Practically speaking, keep shooting and keep submitting! You never know when you could get

scouted, or an agency will pick you up! This industry is fast paced, and you could get 100 ‘no’s’

before getting a ‘yes.’ Don’t let this discourage you, just keep going! As cliché as that sounds,

it’s so true in the pursuit of your dreams! Whenever a door closes, I thank God for redirection

and that I’m one more step closer to an open door!

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how it has shaped you.

One recent obstacle I have overcome is with my health. In 2022 I was diagnosed with an

autoimmune disorder and hypothyroidism. This scared me because I thought I was generally

healthy and I didn’t even know what the word autoimmune meant. I dealt with anxiety and

fear, and I really had to rely on and trust God in that season of my life. I was prescribed

medicine that I took for 2 years and I made lifestyle changes that helped me get back to my

healthy self. In October of 2023 I felt God speaking to me to get off my medicine, so I did. I can’t

lie, I was afraid because I didn’t want my health to decline. But I’m happy to say, that my last

two lab reports have looked normal! There’s too much to write about this journey, but I have

learned so much and I now live a more holistic lifestyle because of it, and I am grateful to God

for being my Healer through it all.

What makes you beautiful?

I love how selfless God made me and I love that I have a desire to help and love others. I love

my smile and my hair. I love that I am goofy and can enjoy the simple things. I know I’m not

perfect, but I strive to be my best for God, myself, and others every day.
