Tell us about yourself

I am 19 years old and from Oklamhoma. I am currently in Cosmetology school as the beauty industry has always been something I’m interested in.

Tell us about your modeling experience

In regard to my modeling experience, I’ve participated in shoots for photographers from my hometown to help promote their businesses. Also, one of my senior pictures was chosen as the cover of two different magazines!

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream would be to appear as a model in Vogue.

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

I think that means to be comfortable with who you are and to love yourself regardless of what other people consider beautiful.

How would you describe your fashion style?

I prefer neutrals and clothing that is comfortable, but also stylish. I prefer simplicity to frills.

Who or what inspires you?

I am inspired by my faith. I’m a Christian and have been for a long time. God is who I turn to and lean on in this chaotic world.

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

Staying true to yourself and your values are important. Do not compare yourself to others in the industry. Focus on who you are and what you have to offer.

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.

I lost my Papa at only 5 years old. He was my father figure and someone I really looked up to and spent a lot of time with. I think the difficulties I have been through have taught me the importance of leaning into my faith and trusting God no matter what.

What makes you beautiful/handsome?

I really like my eyes. They change colors from green to blue to gray. I also feel beauty is defined by how you treat others.

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence

Don’t define yourself by what the world says you should be. Be comfortable with who you are and don’t compare yourself to others. We are all made unique by God and we need to embrace our unique qualities rather than trying to blend in with everyone else.
