Comparison is the thief of joy. It can be easy to fall into the comparison trap. I’d encourage you to go to the mirror, and tell yourself out loud “Dang I look good!” followed by something you like about yourself. Do this often. It can feel silly at first, but this technique has helped drastically with my self confidence.
